Greg and Pat Miller purchased 128 Archer Street in November 1969 from the estate of Walter Beanland, he was a solicitor. The office stood at the front of the property. Receiving only $8 a month rental on the building and needing a new laundry, Greg went and seen Micky Draper and had the building moved down to the back of the house.
